After graduating from Seton Hall University, I was given the early opportunity to enter the insurance industry as a licensed broker having only briefly studied risk management in elective courses previously.
As the founding contingent of a young regional insurance brokerage I was tasked with building the core infrastructure of the agency early-on.
Years later I would join Policygenius to be the founding member of their P&C division, scaling the team to more than 250 employees over 3 and 1/2 years across Sales, Case Management, Customer Success and Operations.
My exit from Policygenius eventually brought me into further leadership roles at Aon/CoverWallet scaling their sales and ops team efforts, followed by the opportunity to lead and build partnerships and business development for emerging MGA Counterpart.
